• From December 2024 – Junior Leader Postdoctoral Fellow funded by LCF at the Centre de Regulació Genòmica.

• From February 2023 – Affiliated professor at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, teaching in the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics MSc programme.

• 2020-2024 – Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Centre de Regulació Genòmica, with Arnau Sebé-Pedrós (Systems and Synthetic Biology Department). I have received funding from the JDC and Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral programmes as well as the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.

• 2018-2020 – Postdoctoral Research Associate, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, with David Weetman and Martin Donnelly (Department of Vector Biology).

• 2017-2018 – Postdoctoral Research Associate, Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (Universitat Pompeu Fabra-CSIC), with Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo.

• 2012-2017 – PhD in Genetics, Universitat de Barcelona and Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (Barcelona), in the lab of Iñaki Ruiz-Trillo (Multicell Genome Lab). Completed cum laude and Extraordinary Prize award.

• 2011-2012 – MSc in Developmental Biology and Genetics, Universitat de Barcelona. Completed with Extraordinary Prize award.

• 2007-2011 – Bachelor in Biotechnology, Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona).
